To promote postdoctoral academic communication and enliven the research-oriented culture, it is decided to hold the excellent academic poster selection scheme for 2022 Postdoctoral Academic Conference as follows.

January 5 -6, 2023 (Thursday and Friday)

IV. Main Forms
Put up academic posters, on-site exchange and vote
V. Poster Design
1. Poster size: 79.5×179.5cm, vertical layout, add the LOGO of the 2022 Annual Conference of International Campus in the upper left corner (see the attachment).
2. Poster format: Please submit the PPT format and its picture (tif format), which will be printed and produced by the organizer.
VI. Award Setting
1. "Excellent Poster Award" and "Individual Award" will be set in the selection of outstanding academic posters.
2. Excellent Poster Award: All postdoctoral researchers of “Chaoyong” Special Support will submit the posters, and the expert committee will conduct academic review, select 10 “Excellent Poster Awards” to make oral academic reports, and select 5 “Outstanding New Scientists of the Year” in the academic conference. The expert committee is composed of recommendations from all institutes and international research centers.
3. Individual Awards: including 5 "Most Popular Posters" and 5 "Best Designing Posters", each award will be selected through the official wechat vote of the International campus (the winning posters of "Excellent Poster Award" will not be included in the "Individual Awards").
VII. Exhibition Procedures
1. Before December 19, 2022, all institutes and international research centers shall submit academic posters and one suggested member of the Expert Committee to email: hr@intl.zju.edu.cn
2. Before December 25, 2022, the posters shall be submitted to the Expert Committee for evaluation and the selection of excellent posters shall be completed.
3. From January 5 to 6, 2023, all academic posters shall be exhibited in the International Campus.
