Introduction
This course will help learners overcome the difficulties in learning Chinese characters faced by most foreigners. It helps students who have no Chinese characters knowledge at all. The course is divided into two semesters. In this course, you will study the basic strokes, writing orders and structures, the formations of Chinese characters, the culture of Chinese characters, some useful radicals, some frequently used Chinese characters and the source of Chinese characters which refers to how Chinese characters were created.

Introduction
This course is designed for master students to learn definitions of Biometrics, characteristics and key biometric processes, verification and identification, and Biometric matching. It also introduces the performance measures in biometric systems and the assessment of the privacy risks of Biometrics. Students are instructed to design privacy sympathetic biometric systems with different biometric standards. Moreover, the class introduces the basics of distributed concepts, grid computing, roots of cloud computing, deployment models, service models, and refactoring, etc.

Introduction
This course is a degree program for freshmen students at ZJU-UoE institute (ZJE) of Zhejiang University. The module is to offer the non-chemistry majored ZJE students an introductory university level content of Chemistry with the focus on biology relevant concepts. The course is meant to be completed within one semester and includes two major components.
