II. From Nothing to Something: Creating the ZJUI Brand Communication System
In 2016, when ZJUI was first established, brand communication was almost a blank slate, and it faced tremendous pressure to complete admissions publicity work within two months. Zhang Yi started from zero and courageously shouldered the burden, assisting in compiling ZJUI's first admissions brochure and the International Campus's first admissions publicity PPT, welcoming the first cohort of new students. Subsequently, she led the systematic construction of the college's new media publicity matrix and brand communication system, designed and established the ZJUI brand visual identity system, unified image standards for publicity materials, cultural and creative merchandise, and public space displays, giving rise to a distinct and recognizable ZJUI image identity. On this basis, she formed the ZJUI Brand Communication Center student team, enabling many students who love creating to personally participate in the college's brand publicity. From content gathering and editing, visual design to communication planning, a stable publicity force was gradually established, contributing to telling the story of the Zhejiang University International Campus well.
