In order to promote the academic exchange between faculty and students, International Campus holds the selection of excellent academic posters as a session of Annual Academic Conference.
1. Time
On Saturday, January 8, 2022, starting at 9:00, with an extension of one day.
2. Location
International Campus.
3. Exhibitors
Faculty, postgraduates, and postgraduate students of ZJE, ZJUI, ZIBS and International Research Centers. (the introduction posters of ZJE, ZJUI, ZIBS and International Research Centers will participate in the exhibition only, not in the selection.).
4. Award setting
i. There are 10 "Top 10 Academic Poster Awards", and 5“Creativity Awards” and 5 “Top popularity Awards” in the selection of excellent academic posters.
ii. The candidate posters of "Top 10 Academic Poster Awards" shall be selected by each institute and International Research Center. The number candidate posters shall be less than 25% of all posters. An expert committee for evaluation will be organized. The expert committee is composed of recommendations from institutes and International Research Centers.
iii. 5“Creativity Awards” and 5 “Top popularity Awards”, will be selected by the results of voting (the winners of the "Top Ten poster Award" will no longer be included in the Creativity or Popularity awards).
5. Exhibition procedures:
i. Before December 21, 2021, the participating posters (marked with the candidate posters of the Top 10 Academic Poster Awards), as well as a recommended member of the expert committee, will be sent to the email address of the contact person of each institute and International Research Center.

ii. The printing of all posters will be completed by January 4, 2022.
iii. The "Top 10 Academic Poster Awards " will be sent to the email of the expert Committee for evaluation before January 4, 2022, and the selection of the "Top Ten poster Award" will be completed before 15:00 on January 7.
iv. From 9:00 to 16:00 on January 8, 2022, all academic posters will be displayed on International Campus. Creativity and Popularity awards will be selected on the spot.
6. Designing
Poster specification: 79.5 × 179.5 cm, the Logo of 2021 Annual Academic Conference is required to add in the upper left corner.
