5.As for indoor lighting, the building manager takes charge of the daily operation and inspection, and the engineering department is in charge of background support.
1.The terminal temperature of the air conditioner shall not be lower than 26℃ in summer and higher than 22℃ in winter, which shall be inspected by the building manager.
2.The air-conditioning units in public areas and indoor fresh air units shall be switched on and off by the engineering department uniformly during operation

1.The roadway lighting and landscape lighting will be turn on automatically according to the sunset time of longitude and latitude.
2.After 21:00, the part of landscape lighting in the south learning and teaching area, the north learning and teaching area, the auditorium and the faculty club will be turned off.
3.At 21:30, the landscape lighting of the bridge, the bell tower, the High Street and the square will be turned off, as well as one third of the streetlamps.
4.At 22:00, two thirds of the streetlamps and the yard lamps in Residential Colleges will be turned off.
5.Emergency lighting, roadway lighting and gate lighting are open until dawn.

Hot water units:
1.Temperature setting: 45 ℃ in summer, 55 ℃ in winter, 50 ℃ in spring and autumn.
2.24-hour supply of hot water. In order to save energy, the equipment will automatically start and stop the air source apparatus according to whether the temperature of hot water in the storage tank reaches the set value.
3.During the holidays, the hot water units of uninhabited floors will be shut down in accordance with the use requirements.
4.The engineering department takes charge of inspection and technical support of the hot water units.
