The smart security platform includes online monitoring system, online access (access control, barrier) management system and vehicle management system, which manages more than 2,600 cameras, more than 2,000 access controls, and vehicle access in real time, If there is any abnormality, it will automatically alarm and guarantee campus security 24 hours a day.

Smart service platform

The smart service platform integrates various applications for campus service and management requirements, and realizes an online "virtual manager" for management. It maximizes the seamless interactive experience throughout the whole process, and improves the happiness of teachers and students, the sense of visitor experience, and the efficiency of management.

Smart energy platform

The smart energy platform includes air-conditioning centralized control system, lighting control system, hot water control system, energy consumption billing system, energy consumption monitoring system, etc. It integrates more than 4400 electricity meters, 512 water meters, 130 data collectors, 104 sets of hot water system, 110 cold and heat meters, more than 2,600 air-conditioning terminals, and 544 indoor and outdoor lighting routes.

Engineers are on duty 24 hours a day to guard the smooth operation of the campus; campus energy consumption data is updated in real time every 5 minutes. Teachers and students can view the campus real-time energy consumption through INTL ID authentication, which making everyone on campus strive to be an energy-saving guardian.

The outdoor street light control system automatically turns on the outdoor lighting of the campus according to the latitude-longitude and sunset time, allowing us to enjoy the night view of the campus.

The building manager can centrally control the indoor lighting through the computer or mobile phone. Indoor lighting is set to different modes, which includes cloudy mode, sunny mode, night mode, and energy-saving mode.

After a busy day, it’s time to take a rest. Hot water is supplied 24 hours a day, with the equipment engineer monitoring the hot water equipment for 24 hours a day.
