Introduction
This course is designed for advanced Chinese language learners and aims to help students understand deeper background knowledge which is rooted in literature (both ancient and modern). The selected learning materials are made up of classic, typical, important or sometimes interesting poems, essays and stories. We are primarily focusing on reading and writing, but oral tasks, such as reading aloud, recitation, discussion, presentation, are also involved in the course.
