A series of Juanhu Lake Salons will be hosted by the Office of Scientific Research and Technology Transfer on a monthly basis this year. The Salons will provide a platform for academic exchanges and university/industrial cooperation, where the members of International Campus will have opportunities to engage and interact with professors in main campus of Zhejiang University, as well as leading business and corporation in Haining City.
The Salons will be held in the afternoon of the last or penultimate Friday every month. There will be one theme for each Salon, including but not limited to photoelectricity, biomedical science, electrical engineering, semiconductor materials, fintech, etc. Experts in the above fields will be invited to make presentations. In addition, several local leading enterprises will also be invited. Faculty members are welcome to attend the Salons and share your insights with the participants.
The first Juanhu Lake Salon will be held at 13:30 – 16:30 on 21st March 2019, at the Hall No.4 of Faculty Club.
Theme: Polymer materials.
Topic: Biomedical Polymers and Their Applications.
