The Hangzhou-Haining Intercity Rail has passed the pre-operation safety assessment and is expected to open to traffic for initial operation on June 28. The Intercity Rail is 46.38km in its full length with the top speed of 120km/h, and it just takes slightly more than half an hour from the International Campus, ZJU to Yuhang Railway Station. Passengers who take the Hangzhou-Haining Intercity Rail can transfer to the Hangzhou Metro Line 1 directly at the Yuhang Railway Station, which enables cross-city commute between Hangzhou and Haining.
You can travel between Hangzhou and Haining more freely. For the convenience of every faculty, staff and student on campus, here are the travel tips as follows:

1.Haining Public Bicycle
Have you ever noticed there are more public bicycle rental points on campus? Bingo! 10 extra public bicycle rental points have been set up in 2021, thus there are 20 rental points in total. Check the map below:
Note: Haining Public Bicycles are 24h available both on and off campus (free of charge within 1hour)
2. City Bus
Since June 18th, Route 32, a new bus route to International Campus has been added (Bus stop International Campus (East) is temporarily not in use). At the same time, the bus lines of Route 29 and Route 202 have been adjusted. All the bus lines have covered the Intercity Rail stop International Campus, Zhejiang University Station.
