In order to better coordinate the operations among the Campus and Joint Institutes, International Campus formed a Coordinating Committee. Its first meeting, chaired by Professor Song Yonghua, Executive Vice President of Zhejiang University (ZJU) and Dean of International Campus, was held on March 14th, 2017. Professor Ying Yibin, Vice President of ZJU and Executive Vice Dean of International Campus, Professor Fu Qiang, Assistant President of ZJU and Vice Dean of International Campus, Professor K. C. Ting, Vice Dean of International Campus, Deans and Executive Deans of joint institutes, Master of Residential College, and other administrators were also in attendance.
During the meeting, the Committee members discussed a number of key issues and reached consensus on the interim work rules of Coordinating Committee, 2017-2018 academic calendar of International Campus, events and activities for Campus Open Day to be held on April 8th, international students recruitment, etc.
