On October 21, Chinese President Xi Jinping paid a visit to Imperial College London. At Imperial’s Data Science Institute, President Xi viewed the demonstration of the project of “Impacts of Road & Belt Initiative and Analyses of Chinese Population Migration” by ZJU-Imperial Joint Lab for Applied Data Science. He gave full recognition to the positive impact of collaborative research in big data on population migration, policy making and entrepreneurship.
