Recently, the 2023 Annual Meeting of the International Campus Academic Affairs Committee (ICAAC) was successfully held. Dean of International Campus, Professor LI Hanying attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Professor LI Erping, Vice Dean of Faculty of Information Technology of Zhejiang University, a member of Academic Committee, Zhejiang University and Director of ICAAC, chaired the meeting.
Professor LI Hanying introduced the construction and development of the International Campus, focusing on the idea of creating a “converging point” for first-class scientific and educational resources, cultivating innovative talents, the highland for academic talents, empowering the regional development as well as the goal of creating an international collaborative education model.
CHEN Ye, Director of Human Resource Department of International Campus, made a report on the talent development. Participating members of ICAAC focused on the growth of young PIs, tenure-track, and development of international research centers to carry out in-depth discussions, and put forward valuable suggestions on the next stage of academic development of International Campus.
The Outstanding Academic Achievements of International Campus in 2023 were also selected before the ICAAC meeting.
