International Campus Students Win Gold at the China International College Students' Innovation Competition 2024!

The finals of "China International College Students' Innovation Competition 2024" were held from October 12th to 15th. The team led by LI Siqi, a 2023 undergraduate student from the International Campus, Zhejiang University, won the gold medal in the international category of the national finals with their project "Star Domain Tech-Pioneering in 5G Communication Satellite Internet Terminal Flat-panel Antennas."

It is reported that the China International College Students Innovation Competition 2024 officially launched in May 2024. This year, the competition attracted 5,406 higher educational institutions from 153 countries and regions, with 5.14 million projects and 20.836 million participants registering to compete. Among these, 1,993 higher educational institutions from 149 foreign countries and regions, with 12,063 projects and 39,380 participants, joined the competition. 

This year, the competition was jointly hosted by the Ministry of Education, relevant ministries, and the Shanghai Municipal Government, with Shanghai Jiao Tong University and the Minhang District People’s Government co-organizing it. The competition includes various tracks, including vocational education, industry, and budding.
