A Delegation from Concordian International School Bangkok Visits the International Campus

On 13th July, Mrs.Varnnee Chearavanont Ross, founder and director of Concordian International School Bangkok, Thailand, together with 14 teachers and students visited the International Campus, Zhejiang University (ZJU). Mr Luo Jiashun, senior vice chairman of Charoen Pokphand Group, and Ms Chutima Sajjawongratn, vice president of Foreign Affairs Department, Super Brand Mall, accompanied the visit. Prof. Qu Haidong, vice dean of the International Campus, met with the guest.

During the visit, the delegation visited the International Campus Exhibition Centre, Guantong College, and Zhejiang University International Business School (ZIBS). They gained a detailed understanding of the latest development of ZJU and the International Campus. Mrs.Varnnee Chearavanont Ross said that the visit gave her and her students a deeper impression of the rapid development of China and the advanced education of ZJU. She hoped that more students from Concordian International School Bangkok would be able to enter ZJU in the future and be successful in their studies.

Concordian International School Bangkok was established in August 2001 as a fully trilingual international school using the International Baccalaureate (IB) programme. The school offers education from Pre-Kindergarten to Grade 12, with Chinese, English and Thai as the main languages. Currently, the school has over 1,000 students, with graduates from globally renowned institutions such as Oxford, Stanford, Cornell, Cambridge, Peking University and Tsinghua University.
