On June 7, the Canglang Football Team, composed of 21 Chinese and 7 international students from the International Campus, competed in the 2026 ZJU football tournament and won third place among a record 35 teams.
Since the competition kicked off in April, the players have embarked on a journey to represent the International Campus. From the group stage to the knockout rounds, from the disappointment of the semi-final to the fierce comeback in the bronze medal match, they never gave up. In the third-place decider, falling behind in the first half, they roared back to score four unanswered goals in the second half.

Team Introduction
Founded in 2019, the team won the championship in its debut year, finished fourth in 2025, and third in 2026. With 32 members (including 10 international students) and several academy-trained players, the team will further promote cross-cultural exchange through football and prepare for next year’s ZJU tournament.
