The International Research Center for Hidden Champions, Zhejiang University International Campus, is s the first research organization for hidden champions run by universities in China established on March 29th, 2021. The research center is set for the research and development of hidden champions, collaborating with International Business School (ZIBS), School of Management (SOM), and the National Institute of Innovation Management (NIIM) of Zhejiang University. The center is lead by Prof. Xiaobo Wu, Dean of Faculty of Social Sciences, Zhejiang University, and Prof. Hermann Simon serves as the honorary director of the center. It has gathered a group of domestic and overseas experts from Cambridge University, Duke University, European School of Management and Technology (ESMT), Slovenia IEDC-BLED Business School, Peking University, Tsinghua University, and Zhejiang University. The center is committed to grow into the world's leading research platform and think tank of hidden champions.
