We focus on solving challenges in genotype-phenotype mapping by unveiling unknown mechanisms of genetic variations controlling phenotypic variations. The core technology we use in the lab involves the molecular biology experiments, synthetic biology approach, data analysis and mathematical modelling on various model systems. We hope our effort will pave a smooth path towards personalised and precision medicine.
