The research area includes the process, physics and application of transparent thin film transistors, including developing of N and P type field effect transistors. Transparent fingerprint panel, low cost RFID, transparent displays are demonstrated. Based on ALD technology, nanopore integrated TFT has been studied for measurement of DNA and single molecule charge.
