Recently, Library & Information Center obtained the ISO/IEC20000-1:2011 IT Service Management System Certificate (referred as ISO20000).
ISO20000 is the first international IT service management standard. It is a significant symbol of the level of corporations’ operations and service management.
LIC's working concept is "opened, international, and user-oriented" and the International Campus is in pursuit of it in order to create an "internationally integrated" IT service environment continuously. In the International Campus, besides the IT software and hardware infrastructure, i.e. PeopleSoft, Office365, eduroam ...the campus's IT service management system is gradually moving toward international standards, by establishing an international IT service system, developing standardized IT service standards, and strengthening a specialized IT service team.
