The 2018 Haining International Innovation and Entrepreneurship Conference was held at Yuanzheng Hotel on International Campus, Zhejiang University, as one of the events of the National Mass Innovation and Entrepreneurship week. It was jointly organized by the International Campus, Zhejiang University and Haining Science and Technology Association. Professor Gu Guobiao, Member of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, was invited to deliver a keynote speech on intelligent manufacturing. More than 100attendees, including experts from China, the United States, Sweden and other countries, and representatives from local enterprises, attended the conference.
Since the signing of a comprehensive strategic collaboration agreement between Zhejiang University and Haining Municipal Government last December, the International Campus has been continuously strengthening the international cooperation in production, education and research, expanding the international technology transfer and transformation, and building the international technology transfer network. Five international technology projects in the field of intelligent manufacturing and new materials, such as multi-agent intelligent supply chain network and needle-tip micro nano-printer, were showcased at the conference. Theyreceived good reviews from the experts at the conference.
