Dr Chaochen Wang’s lab focuses on dissecting the molecular mechanisms underlying the cell fate transition during mammary gland and skin development,as well as breast cancer tumorigenesis. Leveraging CRISPR-mediated genome editing and screening, NGS, single-cell omics and bioinformatics, his lab aims for making prominent impact on stem cell study, cancer diagnosis and prognosis in a long run.
