研究简介： I will discuss our recent work investigating the origins and mechanisms of Drosophila embryonic pattern formation in proportion to embryo size. Through quantitative studies of 1) size-dependent morphogen gradient properties and gene expression patterns in the embryo and 2) their maternal origins, we present a unified framework for embryonic pattern scaling along the anterior-posterior axis.
