On October 31st, The Third Haining Sub Forum of The Orient Forum of Zhejiang University was held on the International Campus. Experts and scholars from around the country gathered to discuss the construction of the international collaborative education model and the development of high-quality talent.

Adjacent to the east gate of the International Campus, lies a magnificent floral paradise.

On the morning of October 24th 2023, a signing ceremony was held in Ordos City, Inner Mongolia, for the Joint Research Center for Biopharmaceuticals, which has been established by the People's Government of Ordos City, the People's Government of Otog Banner, and Zhejiang University.

From October 20th to 21st, Zhejiang University held 2023 Autumn Sports Meeting at the Zijingang Campus. The International Campus representative team secured an impressive third place in the undergraduate group standings, accumulating three gold, three silver, and two bronze medals, totalling to 147 points. Faculty and staff members, along with graduate students, also showed a noteworthy performance during the competition, securing several outstanding results.

On October 17, the opening ceremony of the International Campus Exhibition Center was held in the Auditorium. The opening of the Exhibition Center celebrates the 6th anniversary of the grand opening of the campus.

On the morning of October 15th, Portuguese Minister of Science, Technology and Higher Education, Prof. Elvira Fortunato visited International Campus, accompanied by a delegation, including the Portuguese Ambassador to China, Mr. Paulo Nasicmento, President of the European Academy of Sciences, Prof. Rodrigo Martins, and Co-Director of the Portugal-China Joint Innovation Center for Advanced Materials (the Portugal-China Joint Innovation Center), Prof. Mario Barbosa.

From October 7th to 8th, the 2nd High-end Symposium on Foreign Language Education with Chinese Characteristics unfolded on International Campus. Esteemed experts and scholars from across the nation engaged in profound dialogues, focusing on the "New Orientation of Foreign Language Education in the Era of Artificial Intelligence."

The 19th Asian Games in Hangzhou came to a close on the evening of October 8th. Some Chinese and international iZJUers were involved in various volunteering work.

On the morning of October 1st, at 7:00 am, more than 350 Chinese and international faculty, staff and students from International Campus, along with primary and secondary school students and some citizens of Haining, gathered at the South Plaza of the campus to hold a National Day flag-raising ceremony, celebrating the 74th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China.
